IFSSTAT( path_name => 'IFS file name' )
The IFS Statistics (IFSSTAT) User Defined Table Function returns
one row with the results of the stat64() API for the specified IFS

RPG IV this would be defined as int(20). In C/C++ it is a
long long variable.

contains the size used by the object itself as well as
rounded up size to allocate future insertions to the file.
||The CCSID of the data in the file.
||The number of links to this file or zero if

||VARCHAR(10)||The owner of the IFS object.
||timeStamp||The date the object was created. This is a
